On February 24, 2022, Russia crosses the Ukrainian border for a military intervention causing a civil reaction in defense of territory and identity. Part of these actions was covering sculptures and monuments with sandbags against Russian missiles. Inspired by this civil action, this machine learning model is proposed as a preventive memorial monument of possible wars that could occur in the future. This model is responsible for searching for historical monuments through the internet web scraping technique and once found, the computerized vision technique is used to teach a neural network model to find the monuments and then cover them with military sandbags to protect them from any future threats.
